The Basics
Is my lifetime deal really permanent? Yes. A redeemed lifetime workspace has no recurring subscription and stays lifetime indefinitely. Even if you later add and then cancel a paid subscription, the workspace reverts to its lifetime baseline rather than being removed.
What does a single code give me? Each code adds 3 named users, 5 public view licenses, 3 API endpoints, 1 custom domain, and 1 branding policy. Stacking more codes increases these and can raise your tier. See Understanding Your Lifetime Plan.
Where do I redeem a code? At my.dashboardfox.app/redeem, or from Billing → Plan inside a workspace that already has a lifetime code. See Redeeming Your Lifetime Deal Code.
Stacking & Tiers
What does stacking do? Stacking adds codes to the same workspace. Your user, view, API, domain, and branding allocations grow with every code, and your tier upgrades automatically at 5 codes (Growth) and 10 codes (Scale).
What unlocks at higher tiers? Tier thresholds unlock the resource-heavy capabilities — more concurrent scheduled jobs, more ODBC drivers, longer audit log retention, a higher data row limit, and advanced features. See Understanding Your Lifetime Plan.
Can I split codes across multiple workspaces? Each code is redeemed onto one workspace. To pool allocations and unlock tiers, stack codes on the same workspace.
Add-ons
How are lifetime add-ons different from stacking? Add-ons boost a specific resource (extra users, public view licenses, or white-label capacity) without adding a full code. They don't change your tier or unlock tier-gated features. Buy them via Managing Your Lifetime Add-ons.
Can I get add-ons for free? Yes — earn them by writing reviews on G2, Capterra, and SourceForge. See Earn Free Lifetime Add-ons by Writing a Review.
Are add-ons refundable? Purchased add-ons have a 30-day refund window. Review-earned add-ons aren't refundable but stay until the workspace loses lifetime status.
Subscriptions & Transfers
Will adding a paid subscription cost me my lifetime deal? No. A subscription stacks on top; your limits combine and you revert to lifetime baseline if you cancel. See Adding a Paid Subscription to Your Lifetime Workspace.
Can I give or sell my lifetime workspace to someone else? You can transfer the whole workspace — lifetime status and everything attached comes with it. Individual codes can't be moved between workspaces. See Transferring a Lifetime Workspace.
Troubleshooting
My code won't validate — what's wrong? Most often it's a typo, an already-redeemed code, or a workspace with an active paid subscription. See Why Won't My Lifetime Code Validate?.
