Redeeming Your Lifetime Deal Code

Your lifetime deal code gives you permanent access to DashboardFox — no recurring subscription required. This article walks you through redeeming your first code, stacking additional codes, and what to expect along the way.

Before You Begin

You'll need a DashboardFox account and at least one workspace to redeem your code. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one at my.dashboardfox.app/auth?mode=register — this will create your account and a trial workspace in one step.

If you already have an account and want to redeem your code on a new workspace, log in and click Create Workspace from the main dashboard first.

Redeeming Your First Code

  1. Go to my.dashboardfox.app/redeem — if you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so and will be brought directly to the redemption page afterwards.

  2. Enter your lifetime deal code in the code field and click Validate

  3. Once validated, a dropdown will appear showing all of your workspaces. Each workspace will indicate whether it is currently on a trial or already has a lifetime code applied

  4. Select the workspace you want to apply the code to

  5. Click Redeem

Your workspace will immediately be converted to lifetime status. You'll see your plan update to reflect your new allocations.

Important: Once a code is redeemed on a workspace, it is permanently allocated to that workspace and cannot be moved or transferred. Please choose carefully before confirming.

Stacking Additional Codes

Stacking additional lifetime codes on the same workspace increases your allocations — more users, API endpoints, custom domains, and branding policies. Each code you stack adds to your totals, and your tier may automatically upgrade as you stack more codes.

There are two ways to stack additional codes:

Option 1 — From the Redeem Page

Follow the same steps as your first redemption. Go to my.dashboardfox.app/redeem, enter your next code, validate it, and select the same workspace. The code will be stacked on top of your existing allocation.

Option 2 — From Inside the Workspace

Once you have at least one lifetime code redeemed on a workspace, a code entry box will appear directly on the workspace's Billing page:

  1. Log in to your DashboardFox workspace

  2. Go to Billing → Plan

  3. Scroll to the Lifetime Deal section at the bottom of the page

  4. Enter your code and click Redeem

This is the quickest way to stack codes if you're already logged in to your workspace.

Understanding Your Allocations

After redeeming, your workspace will reflect your updated limits on the Plan page under License Allocations. As you stack more codes, these numbers will increase. Certain tier-level features (such as scheduled jobs and advanced features) unlock automatically as you reach stacking thresholds — you don't need to do anything manually.
