Understanding Your Lifetime Plan: Tiers, Stacking & Allocations
Your DashboardFox lifetime deal gives you permanent access with no recurring subscription. This article explains how your allocations are calculated, what grows each time you stack a code, and what unlocks as you reach higher tiers — so you can decide how many codes you need for your use case.
The Two Things a Code Affects
When you redeem a lifetime code on a workspace, it does two separate things:
It adds to your resource allocations — these grow with every code you stack.
It counts toward your tier — and reaching a tier threshold unlocks higher-level capabilities.
Keeping these two ideas separate is the key to understanding your plan.
What Grows With Every Code
Each code you stack on a workspace adds the following, on top of what you already have:
Resource | Added per code |
|---|---|
Named users (your monthly active user allowance) | +3 |
Public view licenses | +5 |
API endpoints | +3 |
Custom domains | +1 |
Branding policies | +1 |
These accumulate. Stack two codes and you have 6 named users, 10 public view licenses, 6 API endpoints, 2 custom domains, and 2 branding policies — and so on. There's no cap on stacking.
What Unlocks by Tier
Your number of stacked codes determines your tier. Tiers gate the resource-heavy capabilities that don't scale per code:
Starter (1–4 codes) | Growth (5–9 codes) | Scale (10+ codes) | |
|---|---|---|---|
Concurrent scheduled jobs | 1 | 2 | 3 |
ODBC tier-1 drivers | 2 | 5 | 10 |
Audit log retention | 30 days | 60 days | 90 days |
Data row limit | 25,000 | 100,000 | 500,000 |
Advanced features | Base | + additional | + more advanced |
Your tier upgrades automatically the moment you cross a threshold — redeem your 5th code and you move to Growth; your 10th, to Scale. You don't need to do anything manually.
Why the split? User counts, view licenses, and domains cost us almost nothing to grant, so we let you stack them generously. Scheduled jobs, database drivers, and large data limits consume real server resources, so those are tied to tiers.
Seeing Your Live Allocations
Your workspace always shows the truth on the Plan page, under License Allocations (Billing → Plan). The exact advanced features active on your tier are listed there too. As you stack codes, these numbers update right away.
Boosting Beyond Stacking
If you need more of a specific resource without stacking another full code, you have two options:
Purchase a lifetime add-on — a one-time charge for extra users, public view licenses, or white-label capacity. See Managing Your Lifetime Add-ons.
Earn add-ons free by writing reviews — see Earn Free Lifetime Add-ons by Writing a Review.
Add-ons increase specific resource limits only — they don't change your tier or unlock tier-gated capabilities like scheduled jobs.
