Managing Your Lifetime Add-ons

If your workspace is on a lifetime deal plan, you can purchase lifetime add-ons to increase specific resource allocations. Add-ons are one-time purchases — you pay once and the allocation is permanently applied to your workspace, with no recurring charges.

This article covers managing lifetime add-ons from directly within your DashboardFox workspace. If you prefer to manage add-ons from the management portal, see Lifetime Add-ons — Management Portal instead.

Before You Begin

To purchase lifetime add-ons you'll need:

  • At least one lifetime deal code already redeemed on this workspace

  • A billing account assigned to the workspace with a valid payment method on file

Accessing the Lifetime Add-ons Store

  1. Log in to your DashboardFox workspace

  2. Go to Billing in the navigation menu

  3. Click the Subscription tab

  4. Select Lifetime Add-ons

You'll see two tabs — Add-on Store listing available add-ons, and My Add-ons showing what's currently active on your workspace.

Purchasing an Add-on

  1. From the Add-on Store tab, find the add-on you'd like to purchase

  2. If the add-on is stackable, use the quantity selector to choose how many units you want

  3. Click Buy Now

  4. A confirmation screen will appear showing what you're purchasing, what allocations will be added, and the total one-time charge

  5. Click Confirm Purchase

Your payment method on file will be charged immediately and your workspace allocations will update within moments.

Add-ons increase specific resource limits on your workspace. They do not unlock tier-level features or increase scheduled jobs — those are controlled by your stacked lifetime codes and tier thresholds.

Viewing Your Active Add-ons

Click the My Add-ons tab to see all add-ons currently active on your workspace, including when each was purchased and whether a refund is still available.

Refunds

Each add-on purchase includes a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you're within the refund window, a Refund button will appear next to the add-on in the My Add-ons tab. Click it and confirm to process the refund — the charge will be reversed and the allocation removed from your workspace.
