Lifetime Add-ons — Management Portal

If you have a lifetime deal workspace, you can purchase lifetime add-ons to boost your allocations beyond what your stacked codes provide. Add-ons are one-time purchases — you pay once and the allocation is permanently applied to your workspace.

Before You Begin

To purchase lifetime add-ons you'll need:

At least one lifetime deal code already redeemed on the workspace
A billing account assigned to the workspace with a valid payment method on file

Viewing Available Add-ons

Log in to your management portal at my.dashboardfox.app
From the main dashboard, click on the workspace you want to manage
Go to Subscription in the left navigation
Click the Lifetime Add-ons tab

Here you'll see all available add-ons and a My Add-ons tab showing what's currently active on your workspace.

Purchasing an Add-on

From the Add-on Store tab, find the add-on you'd like to purchase
If the add-on is stackable, use the quantity selector to choose how many units you want
Click Buy Now
Review the confirmation screen — it will show exactly what you're purchasing, what allocations will be added, and the total one-time charge
Click Confirm Purchase

Your payment method on file will be charged immediately. Your workspace allocations will update within a few moments.

Add-ons boost specific resource limits on your workspace. They do not unlock tier-level features or increase scheduled jobs — those are controlled by your stacked lifetime codes and tier thresholds.

Viewing Your Active Add-ons

Click the My Add-ons tab to see all add-ons currently active on your workspace, including the date purchased and whether a refund is still available.

Refunds

Add-on purchases include a 30-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you're within that window, a Refund button will appear next to the add-on in the My Add-ons tab. Click it and confirm to process the refund. The charge will be reversed and the allocation will be removed from your workspace.
